Joining a Capital Pool constitutes a soft commitment. Final commitments are subject to individual verification and agreement signing. Crestline Capital does not guarantee any specific discount or outcome.
All project details, pricing, and deal terms shared on the platform are confidential. Members agree not to disclose these to any third party without prior written consent.
Crestline Capital acts solely as a facilitator and buyer aggregation platform. We aggregate interested buyers into structured Capital Pools and facilitate introductions to builders. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice. All property transactions and payments occur directly between the buyer and the builder. Crestline Capital is not a party to any sale or purchase agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crestline Capital shall not be liable for any loss, dispute, or damage arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction between you and a builder.
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
